Clinton M. (Clint) Padgett

President and CEO

Since joining the firm in 1994, Clint has provided consulting, training, and account management to clients in a wide range of industries, such as: manufacturing, food/beverage, electric utility, and technology. His project experience covers many traditional and special applications, including: product development, equipment installation/startup, facility construction/relocations, marketing, software/hardware system implementation, and international sporting events.

Immediately prior to joining PSI, Clint was an engineer for a Fortune 100 company. In that capacity, he assisted in the development, field-testing, and rollout of new equipment, as well as managing and improving quality assurance for several of his company's major suppliers.

Clint is a graduate of Georgia Tech with a Bachelor of Electrical Engineering. He also holds a masters degree in Business Administration from Duke University. His professional associations include the Project Management Institute, the Institute of Electrical and Electronic Engineers, and the Product Development & Management Association, among others.



Vincent L. (Vince) Bennett

Vice President

Vince is responsible for managing the firm's consulting division. He has an extensive background in project and process engineering, including over 17 years using the Project Success MethodSM as both a client and a consultant.

Prior to joining PSI, Vince held various engineering, operations and managerial positions with firms in the aerospace and medical device fields. His project management experience is extensive and includes a broad range of applications, industries, and corporate as well as national cultures. Specific consulting experience includes managing projects in the manufacturing, injection molding, heavy equipment, product development, construction and IT industries.

Vince is a graduate of the University of Minnesota with a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering. He is a member of the Project Management Institute. Top of page>



Crissy M. Tevis

Vice President of Technology

Crissy has provided training and consulting services to clients in a broad range of industries that include manufacturing, public utilities, food and beverage, information technology, and commercial real estate. She has project experience in product development, Sarbanes-Oxley compliance, information systems development and implementation, and special events management. In addition to working with PSI clients, Crissy manages PSI's Microsoft Certified Partner Program and the development of the Project Success Toolkit.

Prior to joining PSI, Crissy was employed in the specialty chemicals industry. In that capacity, she achieved success in a variety of roles including: account management, process/systems development and software training.

Crissy is a graduate of Georgia Tech with a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemical Engineering. She is also a Microsoft Certified Professional and member of the Project Management Institute. Top of page>



A. P. (Dennis) Young

Co-founder and former President

Dennis currently serves as an instructor and client executive for PSI. His extensive project experiences include a broad spectrum of applications, industries, and corporate/national cultures. His high-energy style, results oriented approach, and vast experience combine to provide unique effectiveness in training, consulting, and client relations.

Prior to founding YCA, Dennis held various management positions in the steel and mining industries, and he has directed: manufacturing start-ups/operations, a multi-plant engineering department, productivity improvement/cost containment programs, capital budgeting processes, and utilization of automated manufacturing systems.

Dennis is a graduate of the University of Virginia with a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering. He also earned an MBA and a Master of Science degree in Decision Sciences from Georgia State University. Dennis has instructed graduate and undergraduate courses at Georgia State University and often addresses conventions and group meetings on various business and project management topics. Thomas B. (Tom) Clark, Ph.D.

Co-founder and former Executive Vice President

Tom is heavily involved in the development and delivery of PSI's courses. In addition to his work with PSI, he is Professor Emeritus of Management at Georgia State University. He also served the University as Chair of the Department of Management and as Interim Dean of the College of Business Administration. Previously, he was an Assistant Professor of Industrial and Systems Engineering at Georgia Tech.

Tom has provided project management consulting and training services for a variety of business, government, and non-profit organizations. He developed and marketed one of the first PC-based software tools for project scheduling and cost control. Prior to beginning his academic career, Tom served in the U.S. Army Management Systems Support Agency at the Pentagon and was employed as an industrial engineer with a national firm in the printing industry. He holds bachelors and masters degrees in Industrial Engineering from Georgia Tech and a Ph.D. in Business Administration from Georgia State University. Tom has received several awards for teaching excellence and public service. Top of page>
