PSI Announces Planned Release of Project Success Toolkit for Microsoft Project® 2007(Atlanta, GA- February 2008) Project Success, Inc. announced that the first release of the Project Success Toolkit for Microsoft Project® 2007 will be available March, 2008.Currently, PSI offers Project Success Toolkits for Microsoft Project® 2000, 2002 and 2003. Crissy Tevis of PSI notes that, "The Project Success Toolkit for Project 2007 enhances the core scheduling functionality of Microsoft Project and allows the user to easily follow the Project Success Method. The Toolkit supports duration-based scheduling and prevents Microsoft Project® from automatically adjusting task durations when resource assignments are modified. The Toolkit features include: ability to update tasks using remaining duration or estimated finish rather than percent complete, improved user interfaces, customizable reports, and Activity Update Forms that are automatically exported to a Microsoft Excel® template." The first release of the Project Success Toolkit Microsoft Project® 2007 will also include the Driving Path Tool, which automatically highlights the sequence of activities that drive a key task or milestone in your project plan. The Project Success Toolkit for Project 2007 will cost $375 per person for existing users, which includes a user manual and the software installation disc. Volume discounts are available for current and past clients based on current client programs. Ms. Tevis went on to mention, "New clients who register for PSI's 1-day Microsoft Project® training class will receive the Project Success Toolkit for 2007 as part of the class when it is released. This 1-day course, available for $750.00 per student, is offered as both a public and in-house class. PSI's 2-day Project Success Method training class is a prerequisite."
